Arthur Willis was born June 6, 1951, in Hoston, Louisiana to the late Joe Willis and Dessie Willis. He attended Colquitt Baptist Church as a youth before moving to Texarkana with the family. Later in life he moved to Kansas. Arthur loved fishing, working with his hands, being outdoors and a man of many talents. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents: Joe and Dessie Willis, Brothers: Booker T. Willis and Will Willis, Sister: Johnnie Willis. Arthur leaves to cherish precious memories: Children: LaRoderick White (Retina) Kansas City, Kansas Kamita Gordan of Fort Worth, Texas Regina Willis, Jermetras Willis, Christy Willis Earnest all of Texarkana, TX Jessica Willis (Michael) of Kansas City, Kansas Arthur Dewayne Willis of Kansas City, Missouri Darren Willis (Angela) Dawson, Texas Bonus Child: Paulette Robinson (Leland) Kansas City, Kansas Sisters: Maple Beal of Dallas, Texas Patricia Byrd of Texarkana, Arkansas Bobbie Brownlee.
