Brenda Lee Owens Traylor was born on April 26, 1964, in Texarkana, Arkansas to the late Lee Daniels and late Larrean Owens. On January 13, 2025, she was called to eternal rest.
Brenda accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of the Bright Star Baptist Church. Later in life, she attended Macedonia Baptist Church of Montgomery, Alabama. She attended Arkansas High School and graduated with the class of 1982.
Brenda united in holy matrimony to Lonny Charles Traylor, this union bore two children, Shalondria LaToya Traylor Thompson and Lonny Traylor II.  Additionally, during her marriage she attended Trenholm State Technical College. However, while completing her education, she became ill with a  newly developed illness, which caused her withdrawal from college. She consistently earned Dean’s List Honors, which included her final quarter of attendance.
She has seen many difficult days battling illness. However, she continually spoke life into her family and friends in good and bad times. Her interests were varied in scope, but if you truly knew, Brenda Lee Traylor, you knew shopping was her PASSION. So much so that during what became her final battle with illness, she inquired  what her daughter wanted for her upcoming February birthday.
Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Lee Daniels, and her mother, Larrean Owens. Brothers: Claibon Owens, Johnnie Daniels, Sisters: Elizabeth (Ann) Hill, Debra Cooper, Sarah Owens, Cellie L. Collins, Bertha L. Richard.
She leaves to cherish her lasting memories to:
Daughter: Shalondria LaToya Traylor Thompson, Montgomery, AL
Son: Lonny Charles Traylor II, Birmingham, AL
Grandchildren: Felton Clayton Thompson III, Jewel Vera Kaylee Thompson (Father, Felton Thompson II)
Brothers: Verlon Owens, Jessy L. Daniels, Nathaniel L. Daniels
Sisters: Linda Roberts, Carol Collins, Maerean Kendrick-Taylor, Mamie L. Murphy
And a host of other relatives and friends.

I first met Brenda through her MIL. Every trip to Texarkana she would be happy to see family. I remember how she loved her children. Let the beautiful memories comfort at this time. Love lives forever.
