Carlos Shepard was born August 26, 1976 to Joan Pitts Dean and James Earl Shepard. Carlos departed his earthly home on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at LSU Hospital, Shreveport, LA.
Carlos was a 1995 graduate of Ashdown High School. He was employed at TDCJ for 19 years, and in the Car Business for 5 years.
Carlos is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Eddie V. Pitts and Hersie pitts Sr .; His paternal Grandparents, Willie Shepard and Ida Shepard; and Father, Paul Dean Sr.
Carlos leaves to cherish his memories to: Wife, LaDonna Shepard, Mother, Joan Pitts Dean, Father, James Earl Shepard, Mother- in- law, Kaylene Barton, Son & Daughter in- law, Cobee Shepard and Heaven McDowell, Son, Calais Shepard, Step daughter, Kiahna Forsyth, Sister & Brother- in- law, Niketta & Robert Allen, 3 Aunts, Elvissie Curry, Sadie Green, Lois Smith, Best friend, Craig Jenkins, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, long- time friends co- workers.
