Marquell D. Peoples, Sr. was born March 31, 1989 to Brenda Peoples and the late Mark Peoples of Texarkana, Arkansas. He graduated Arkansas High Class of 2007. He later attended Texarkana College to study welding where he received his degree. He was employed at Tyson Dog Food Plant.
He is preceded in death by his father, Mark A. Peoples, his brother Brandon Peoples, his grandmothers, Arthur Jean Harris and Bessie Peoples, his aunts, Andrea Coleman and Barbara Crawford, his uncles Andrew Harris lll, and Tommy Wayne Peoples.
