Ke ’Morrion KeShawn Montgomery was born March 25, 2013 in Texarkana, Texas. He was a fourth grade student at Kilpatrick Elementary School in Texarkana, Arkansas. Ke ’Morrion loved basketball and his favorite team was the Golden State Warriors with his favorite player being Steph Curry. The family affectionately called him, “our little Steph Curry”. When he was not enjoying his first love of basketball, Ke ’Morrion could be found playing video games on his PlayStation.

He leaves to cherish his memories JayLan Howard and Kimberly Montgomery. Brothers: Jalib Jackson, JaMikha ’el West Texarkana, Arkansas, Sisters: Kiara Jackson, Texarkana, Arkansas, Jaydyn Copeland (Dallas, Texas) A ’Layvia Montgomery Texarkana, Arkansas, Grandparents: Willie and Diana Noble, Nash, Texas Kandis Montgomery, Texarkana Arkansas, LaNette Drew of Nash, Texas and the Late Jason Howard and a host of other relatives. Ke ’Morrion departed this life on August 9, 2023 at Arkansas Children ’s Hospital.

I don't know this Precious child but my heart hurts for him, for his Parents, all his loved one & his friends!! It's so very sad to be looking at this 10 year old lil boy's picture because my grandson will be 10 next month. Oh Lord help this Family get through this unbearable pain & heartache that no Mother or Father should have to face but one thing for sure, you all have an Angel watching over you!! My sweet precious Ke’Morrion….I am so lucky that I was able to be your first grade teacher. You always had a way to make us laugh and smile on days that were tough! That was the year we did school virtually and you were the light of our classroom. You are still our light. I know you are watching over us and cheering us on. I love you and will miss seeing you in the halls at Kilpatrick. I will see you again someday.

Jaylan I cannot express my profound sadness. I did not realize who this student was until I saw your name. He was a great student when he was with us my last year in the district. I can still see his face when you dropped him off. I just spoke about you yesterday, you already know you too were one of my favorite students. My daughter went to school with him , it saddened her to hear about his passing 🕊️. Didn't know it would affect her this way. She said he was a funny boy and was nice 🙏🏾. My heart breaks for the family 💔. Rip little angel 🕊️
