He leaves a loving family of his children, Pasha Omar Carter, San Francisco, California, Saudiea Carter, Ahmod (Ebony) Carter, Natasha (Tom) Briggs, and Leo Ray Carter, Jr all of Texarkana, Texas. He also has 14 grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and a number of friends and family. Leo will be greatly missed.
The family wishes to express its sincere appreciation because you cared, you sent words of prayer, a phone call, a text, or just a thought of us during this time. Your love and laughter wasn’t unnoticed. We will never forget how thoughtful you all have been, showing your love and being a friend. A special acknowledgement to his caretaker Ms. Sonya Washington for all you have done for our loved one.
