Obituary
Ricky Lane Aubrey was born July 14, 1957 to the parentage of Jodie J. Aubrey and Ruby Jean Aubrey. He confessed Christ at an early age. He was a member of Christ Nation Church.
He was a graduate of Liberty Eylau High School where he excelled as a track star. He received many awards and commendations as a result of his great talent. He ultimately received a scholarship to Texas Christian College.
He was gainfully employed for many years at Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant. In later years Ricky worked at Bi-State Criminal Justice System and Arkansas Department of Correction. During his tenure at the ADC he had a passion for ministry and received his ministry License. He was a very humble man and truly loved the Lord. He never met a stranger.
His hobbies and greatest love was his children and fishing. He loved having cookouts with all the children around. He also love attending basketball and football games.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jodie J. Aubrey and one sister, Patricia Day.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife of 19 plus years - Vivian Mitchell Aubrey; his children - Ricky Franks, Tiffany Hemitt, Rashida Aubrey, La'karya Aubrey and Ricquila Aubrey Davenport (Kellen); Stepchildren: Darrius Francisco and Phalanza Francisco; his loving mother - Ruby Jean Aubrey; his siblings: Jodie Aubrey, Anthony Aubrey (Malaffia), Mary Aubrey Walker (David), Dorothy Aubrey, Anita Kelly and Richard Aubrey (Teresa); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
