My big brother there are not enough words to describe our relationship. I will miss our daily, weekly talks and just checking up on each other. I already miss our game day commentary about our favorite teams. I will also miss our very deep Bible conversations and us discussing the scriptures together. I’ll forever miss you but the Lord knows best, and his love, mercy, and grace wasn’t going to let you be in pain and suffer anymore. So he came got you to take you to a place he personally prepared just for you. I’m thankful that you are whole again and not in any earthly pain. Thank God for caring enough to keep you in his keep care just as he promised. I miss you something deeply big brother!

Daddy I thank God that you were my father, you taught me so much and the way you loved God and my Mother was simply amazing. I will miss our friendship and our conversations and most of all I will miss you. I will always love you and never ever forget you. My Hero and role model to the very end. God’s got you now and I got the family.

My condolences to the family. I can already feel a void in this community. I will truly miss Wilbert, he was a great man, a dear friend to my family and a man of God. I’ll miss him calling to check on me, birthday and Mother’s Day wishes, talking about the weather and other things. I remember him traveling twice to Nacogdoches, La with John and I for my daughters band competition and they talked and laughed all the way there and back; good memories I’ll never forget. He called me sister and I called him brother. If you were sad or down he could always make you laugh and feel better. Heaven has gained an angel, RIP Wilbert, no more sickness and pain. I will truly miss you.

So very sorry about the Homegoing of Deacon Brown. That smile and the words of encouragement will certainly be missed in the church and in the community. My deepest sympathy to the Brown Family.

The Brown family was a friend of my parents for over 50 years. I often heard my parents speak of Judy and Wilbert Brown with such kind and caring words. I remember one time when Dad was in hospital that Mr. Brown made his way to come and see him and they had such a good time in that hospital room. The Brown family is my prayers. Connie and I were in college together back in the mid to late 80's..
